Hi everyone,
I try to never put anything on this site that I do not stand behind. That being said, you will see that below I mention some ways to help with health care costs. I personally tested these out. Here is my story....
I recently lost my prescription insurance, so I tested these plans to see how well they work. I went to Walgreens and bought the "Prescription Savings Club Card" which cost me $20.00 for the whole year and anytime I buy any Walgreens product, I now get 10% off those items. Great deal in it's self!
I take a medication for my cholesterol. I went to the NeedyMeds site and got a coupon for it to only cost $15.00 (but that was if you have insurance). The cost of this medication without insurance is $74.00 (Ouch) for a 30 day supply. With the Walgreens card alone, it went down to $62.00, which is a little better. Now since I have the Walgreens Club Card, I was able to use the $15.00 coupon from the NeedyMeds site which made my total cost of medication....Drum roll please.....$15.00.... Now that is a savings!!!!
Now I was excited, so I checked my next medication against the Walgreens Savings Club Card and it went from $40.00 to $20.00 for a 30 day supply! So you see, you can use BOTH resources to get the best prices. I saved $32.00 just on one prescription this week. It's worth checking out.
The NeedyMeds site has coupons to save you money even if you DO have insurance. But don't forget that they also have programs if you cannot afford you medicines too.
That is my testimonial, I hope it helps.

I currently have health insurance but I went on this site to see if I could save a few dollars. I went to the BRAND NAME Drug section on the Needymeds link and put in the name of my prescription. I was surprised that I am able to save an extra $20.00 every month. That's a great deal.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hi, I take Cymbalta and it costs me $400.00. I was on the Needy Meds link and searched my medication and found a form to fill out and have my doctor sign and I can be reimbursed for the full amount. This is great news as I am not always able to afford it. Thank you so much for posting this information. I am so grateful.

Dear Roselle 24/7,
I tried this program just to see if it could work for me. First let me tell you that I do have insurance, but my co pay for just one of my medicines is $60.00 a month. I went to the NeedyMeds site and looked up the medication I am taking and it was on the list. I answered a few quick questions and submitted. I got a coupon to print that said I was qualified to save up to $100.00. Now I was a little skeptical, but took it to Walgreens and gave it to the clerk. I was pleasantly surprised that instead of my usual $60.00 co pay, I was charged $5.00!!!! This coupon is good for 12 months. So that is a savings of $660.00 a year!!! Thank you so much for bringing this to our community!
